The Hey NADZ Podcast: Build A Richer Life
The Hey NADZ Podcast: Build a Richer Life (formerly UnF*ck Your Money) is for pattern breakers, movers and shakers whose lives look successful on the outside, but don’t feel fully alive on the inside.
It’s for the driven, STRONG woman who has built a good life, impressive career, a thriving business, and has big responsibilities, but now she’s ready to break the old scarcity rules and wants to feel f*cking alive!!
Together, we’ll explore what it means to build a richer life: a life that is rich in time, energy, vitality, capacity, comfort, creativity, support, self-trust, meaningful relationships, and yes… money!!
We’ll talk about money, self leadership, relationships, caregiving, grief, pleasure, receiving, identity shifts, boundaries, abundance, and the patterns that keep strong, capable women from fully enjoying what they’ve built.
Patterns like overgiving, overworking, people-pleasing, control, financial chaos, deprivation, hiding, perfectionism, over-responsibility, and constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Because I believe you deserve a rich, resourced, f*ck -yes life, especially if you had a painfully messy childhood.
You survived.
Now let’s make your life feel f*cking alive.
Hosted by Somatic Practitioner and Behavioral Finance Coach Nadine “NADZ” Zumot, this isn’t about endlessly analyzing your past or shaming yourself for your present. It’s about understanding what your old, sticky scarcity patterns are still doing for you, uncovering the hidden payoff that keeps them alive, and creating new lived experiences that show you that you no longer need scarcity, overwork, overgiving, control, or self-abandonment to get what you need.
This show is about becoming Richly- Resourced: a woman who can access support, time, money, pleasure, capacity, connection, choice, and self trust without feeling like she has to earn them through exhaustion or playing small.
DISCLAIMER:
This isn’t therapy, and I’m not here to treat trauma. My work is for the part that asks, “Okay… I survived. Now how do I build a deliciously goos life?” I use trauma-sensitive, somatic-informed coaching to help you understand the patterns, behaviors and habits that followed you out of survival, build the resources and capacity you need now, and take tailored, tolerable actions toward greater choice, meaning, connection, self-trust, and aliveness. It can be a powerful complement to therapy and a supportive space for post-traumatic growth.

Welcome To The Hey Nadz Show: UnF*ck Your Money
If you are someone who has significant savings but cannot spend money on basic needs without going into anxiety.... If you find yourself delaying healthcare, therapy, dental work, or support despite being able to afford it... Or you experience guilt every time you spend money on yourself, or rest...
Then this episode is for you!
You will learn what financial deprivation looks like and how you can release this pattern, not recklessly, but in a way that helps you do BOTH: enjoy life, spend without guilt AND have a financial security.
⭐️ Got a pattern you’re sick of repeating?
Bring me one pattern; overworking, overspending, people-pleasing, control, avoidance, not being able to rest, or whatever keeps showing up and stressing you out.
In one focused 60-minute session, we’ll crack it open: what keeps it going, what it may be doing for you, how this pattern is also affecting your finances, and what needs to shift so you can start doing things differently.
The session is $222.
And because I love a good bargain, occasionally, there will be a 20% off listener code hidden inside some episodes. So make sure you listen for them 😉
This work is not a substitute for therapy or trauma treatment. My work is trauma-sensitive, somatic-informed coaching designed to support post-traumatic growth through greater self-trust, choice, and aliveness.
