Welcome back to our Healing Through Joy series on The Money Healing Podcast!

In this episode, I discuss the concept of glimmers and how they can help you heal money wounds.

Glimmers are small moments that make us feel connected, joyful, and abundant. They can help shift our nervous system from fight or flight to a state of calm and peace.

Why I believe glimmers are important is because they can help shift our nervous system from fight or flight to a state of calm and peace so we can make aligned, empowered financial decisions and encourage guiding our nervous system towards abundance.

Later on in the episode, I give you a little exercise to encourage you to start sensing glimmers to enhance your overall personal and financial wellbeing.

Thanks and enjoy!

❤️ Nadine
